My Top 5 Bet for Bb. Pilipinas 2011

This coming April 20, 2011, we will be crowning our new Bb. Pilipinas 2011. The crown, with the prestige accompanied by the fame and glamour also denotes a great responsibility to represent not only the country but to match the previous record we have achieved in the past few years of being passive. As remembered, Venus Raj has made to the finals in the last Miss Universe 2010 and it’s a call to make it again this year.

Out of the 38 remaining contestants who are screened after the careful evaluation, here are the top five contestants who receive greater attention in the public.

1. Zephora Mayon – Her name is Zephora but the screen name Zara Aldana is much more famed than her real name. Before entering the showbiz industry in the Philippines, Zephora was a winner of the Miss Philippines Asia Pacific but she gave up the crown two months after the reign. Winning at the very young age of 19 years old, she remind me of the sweet victory of Stefania Fernadez of Venezuela and we are hoping she would also land to the same title but to do this, she has to win the Bb. Pilipinas 2011 this year. It is not that impossible I guess.

2. Martha Chloe McCulley – Chloe as her name was famed, she holds greater interests among her fanatics nowadays knowing that she was once a member of the famed 26K girls in the game show, Deal or No Deal. Chloe has a stunning appeal and good height but more than anything else, she has the quality to bear the crown aside from being famous as we know her in TV.

3. Patricia Marie Tumulak – if they say that victory was for those who pursue, well, Patricia maybe so eager to prove that cliché. A previous winner of the Miss Philippines Earth where the beautiful woman was hailed as Miss Fire, she is now again trying to compete to win the title of Bb. Pilipinas 2011 and is hoping to make to the top.

4. Dianne Necio – the lovely is not just determine to make to the top but so eager to prove she has a lot to offer than being just a 4th runners up in the previous Bb. Pilipinas 2010. Dianne gave up the title and came back this year to give something more. Said to be an alter ego of Mirriam Quiambao, Dianne is making her way to the top.

5. Shamcey Supsup – gone are the days of Ana Therese Licaros and Zoraida Andam where their intelligence made them to bear the crown. Shamcey is foreseen to be on the same track as this Magna Cum Laude Architecture graduate from UP Diliman has made to the top by placing top 1 in the licensure exam in her field.
